Sports Carnival
Our Sports Carnival brings the school together for a fun and active celebration of teamwork, skill, and school spirit. Students participate in a variety of events, enjoying healthy competition and developing resilience, cooperation, and sportsmanship.
"Prior to Broderick Gillawarna School (BGS), the idea of school and being away from my son five days a week was extremely daunting. However, from our first day, I can quite happily say that it has been a dream come true. The school is fantastic and all the staff are absolutely wonderful. My mind is at ease leaving my son at school every morning as I know he is in the hands of caring, very dedicated and capable individuals. The communication with teachers via Seesaw is great and very efficient. He is learning all the subjects he would learn at a mainstream primary school, so I don't feel he is missing out. He is learning whilst being in the most supportive and beneficial environment for him. He may not be able to tell me how his days at school are, but, he always goes to school and comes home smiling and happy and that is the most important thing. I wouldn't change a thing about BGS and look forward to the many years ahead.”
